Tattoo Reference for a buddy AKA, my roommate, that's why it's in my scraps^^

He is a big fan of the old cartoon "Gargoyles" and who can blame him, that show is amazing! Animated by a Canadian animation studio produced by Disney. Featuring the amazing voice talents from many actors from Star Trek TNG. Why can't they make cartoons like that any more?... Instead everything is vectored artwork with no storyline or point, mindless dribble.

Well, the final Tattoo will be a hole sleeve that will include high-contrast buildings, night sky, city lights, etc.

This will be his fourth one
