I really don't see it. Besides the mane colors they aren't that much alike. Even in terms of mane style they are different, like Sentoki has a short style while her's is much longer. The body coat/color is also different her's being a dark white if not grey, and mine being a light cyan blue. Maybe I was looking at the wrong picture, but I just don't see it.
I know what you´re saying, I´ve already looked on it =P She (my friend) had some other references she showed me but not uploaded, when it looked more similar with Sentoki than the ones on her gallery. Still, I was just pointing out a coincidence, I´m sorry if you felt offended or something like that.

I see the resemblance somewhat, but I do believe Sentoki was designed first, anyway. The first commission of her was put up in 2013, whereas that OC was put up a few months later... if that's indeed the first/only image of her. But yeah, it's mainly the mane color that's similar.
