Beta design for a new Noibat (slight Salamence hybrid) OC. I can't make a complete reference until I know more information about Noibat (namely egg groups and learnset). For now all the solid background info I have on her is that she's of Italian descent, she loves more aggressive types of music genres such as hard rock and dubstep, she lives in Kalos, she belongs to a dragon user, and she has a very bold and outgoing type of personality.
Oh and she's gonna be in a pairing with Rammdark's Noibat OC once he's finished too.
