Design commission for Frackkinkraken on DeviantART
she wanted a female cubone. feathers and tassels decorate her body.
As you can see, her skull helmet is broken from a side.

The pettern of the feathers indicates that are the Kanto's legendary birds feathers (Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres)
she have 2 bones as weapons, one with a spear on the top.
The marks on the skull also have the colors on the legendary birds. The center is a golden circle, this one is from Ho-Oh.
