I haven't draw StarFox for awhile, except that I'm doing crossover right now.=P
So, yea, James is teaching Fox to fly. This was inspiration from MLP:FiM episode, "Sleepless in Ponyville," when Rainbow Dash gave Scootaloo a lift at the end.
