This was just a challenge, I give myself a set time to get an idea completely on canvas, with room to have another challenge later for details.

I gave myself 5 hours on this one; I finished with 55 minutes still on the clock. :> It was really fun

U.S coins used to be made with actual silver and gold. Those grooves we see on the sides of the time and quarter were used to keep people from decreasing the value of the coins by grinding off the edges and using the gold to counterfeit money.
