"You must find him and lead him to the final stage but be warned this one is the most disturbing stage" said the shadow man. The place was so dark Shadow could see shades of black and purple and red all over the place, "Rain!" called Shadow, "Rain!" Shadow called again, he sensed someone behind him and he looked. It was rain but he was giving Shadow his back he seemed weird his dark fur looked more like a dark grey color and his stripes looked a pale purple. "Rain are you okay?" asked Shadow he walked over to Rain but he stopped as he notice Rain was turning around slowly, Shadow was horrified his muzzle was white with stains on blood his muzzle, his eyes were black and had a red point in the middle witch seemed to be like his pupils he had no expression in his face but looked creepy with those widen eyes, and those chains on his feet and arms looked so bloody. He was even missing a arm, "Rain? What happened to you?" asked Shadow backing away, Rain just opened his bloody mouth and started to screech loudly. Shadow was shocked he turned around and started to run quickly, that Rain was behind him, Shadow could feel his heart beating fast he was afraid for once he also didn't had his swords with him and so he ran til he couldn't. That Rain's mouth looked viciously like a Tarkatans with sharp bloody teeth. When he manage to get as far away as possible from Rain he found like a cave and went inside. Rain keep on running looking for Shadow, Shadow's heart was pounding fast, he was so frighten, "What the #€££ was that? Some kind of Rain demon or zombie?" asked Shadow, "That is one of Rain's emotion" said the shadow man, "More like killer way that things was creepy as #€££ and what am I standing on?" asked Shadow he took a few steps back to see it was like a puddle of blood. "Oh my god" Shadow whispered, he saw something raising from the blood it had his figure and lifted his face the bloody figure, "Shadow" said the creature he had a crooked smiled, Shadow tried to run but the bloody Rain grabbed his leg, he seemed to laugh all bloody body. "Shadow let me taste you HAHAHAHAHAHA I can't believe this is how it feels like" he said, Shadow kicked his face to get him to let go. It worked and Shadow started to run, "Shadow! I grow tired of my own flesh hahahahahahah!" was all Shadow heard as he started to run. Shadow hide behind a giant rock he could hear his heart beat, "This is such a dominic place I hate this wait that is not my heart beat" Shadow looked next to him and saw another Rain he looked like a zombie Shadow could see all his organs and can see his heart was beating that Rain raise his head and looked at Shadow he had a sad face with no eyes and his mouth was probably a hole not a mouth, "Is that you Shadow?" he asked, Shadow was disgust and scared at the same time, "Don't go" he said reaching out to Shadow his hand was even missing some fingers and he keep bleeding probably everywhere, "Ahh!" yelled Shadow he started to run but that Rain grabbed his arm and was pretty strong "LET GO!" yelled Shadow pulling his arm then he heard something and looked at the side the other two Rain were slowly heading strait to Shadow, "Let the f*** go!" yelled Shadow, "HAHAHAHAHAHA Hide and Seek!" said the bloody Rain he was dragging his body to Shadow. He then heard the screech from the other. Shadow was so desperate to get lose from the depressive face Rain, "Don't ever go again stay with us" said the depressive Rain, "Forgive me for this Rain" said Shadow he started to bite the depressive Rain's arm to let go he keep bitting it hard he could taste the blood it was disgusting but he wanted to get lose he bite the arm off and it fell making it let go of Shadow. Shadow threw up a bit on the flood from the blood, he saw that the bloody Rain was next to him as well as the other so he quickly ran away. Shadow ran away he didn't knew what else to do he didn't even knew what was happening. Shadow wiped the blood off his mouth it was terrible, "What am I suppose to do here?" asked Shadow but nothing answer him, "Hello? Shadow guy? Anyone? f*** I am alone in this mess" said Shadow. Shadow though for a while he looked down at his boots they had a bit of blood. Shadow tried to examine what was going on he saw strange creatures around he saw something similar to the demons from the forest.
Shadow was hearing them close by, he decided to keep moving and get as far away as possible. He didn't knew where he was going to far away from the other 3 Rains he keep walking he actually wish he had his swords with him. He wonder if he had his flame powers he snapped his fingers and flames appeared, "If I have my powers why do I ran away from them?" asked Shadow maybe he was facing the fact that for once in his life he was once scared. Shadow was actually walking around he heard some whispers, "Hush now, don't be afraid, the tears and screams are not made, relax for today do it. Be alarmed cause the dawn will never raise again!!!!!" Shadow cover his ears that was very unpleasant to hear he heard something breathing heavily, Shadow quietly follow the noise he then saw something that scared the living $#*+ out of him it was another rain it looked different he was tied to metal chains and tried to get away but his head was down and he looked more damage than other. "Why have you come here?" he asked, Shadow stayed silence he seemed froze, "GET OVER HERE!" yelled that Rain he raised his head high and Shadow saw that mad face it was terrible, he had never seen such a expression side of his face was even mission you could see the meat and teeth. He bleed from the eyes witch he had one and the other was gone he looked burned as his flesh was all gone. Shadow was so shocked he didn't though about it used his flame powers and shoot it the chains heating them up but little did he then it was all the demon Rain needed to get lose when it felt the chain hot enough he used force and got lose, "I'M GOING TO KILL YOU!" the demon Rain yelled as he tackled Shadow he started to punch and bite him making Shadow bleed. Shadow tried to push the disgusting demon Rain off but it was so strong. Shadow punches his face hurting his face changing it a bit. Shadow tried to burn him again but nothing worked this time he. Shadow manage to kick him hard enough splitting the body in two, "YOU WON'T GET AWAY THIS TIME!" said the Rain Demon, Shadow started to run till he found a door he opened it quickly and saw many statues of all the people Rain knew and all the ones he could have known. Shadow saw one about Jules on one side and there was another on the other side, also two Aleena's but one Bernadette. "A memoir place" Shadow started to run between the statues he had the feeling he wasn't alone, "HAHAHAHAHA Peek a boo!" a voiced echoed. Shadow was startle he looked everywhere but there was nothing, "I see you hahahahahahahahhahahaha" Shadow looked around he knew that was the bloody Rain but he sound so close but he couldn't see him anywhere. There was a sound in the silent room it sounded like dripping he looked behind him he saw big drops of blood he look up in the sealing nothing, he then head the same behind him and the same drops appeared he then felt his head wet, he touched it and felt something wet on him and when he looked his hands they were soaked in blood, "HAHAHAHAHAHAHA I'M ON YOUUUUUU!" he yelled really loud, Shadow got desperate and started to hit his head everywhere to get the bloody Rain off, "GET OFF ME!" yelled Shadow, he keep hitting his head but the bloody Rain didn't let go and started to deep his claws on Shadow's head, "HAHAHAHAHA DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE" yelled the bloody Rain. Shadow could feel the deep pain of the claws he didn't knew if he was loosing blood or was it the same blood from him. Shadow grabbed him by the head and manage to throw him off but he was left with claw marks on his head. Shadow started to run to another exit door he feared that the others were around. Shadow tried to open the door but it was close so he smash it open. This room didn't look creepy at all Shadow felt relax the place was so natural the leaves were orange and so was the grass Shadow walked to a rock grave that was there he didn't knew who it belong, but when he took a close look it said "Rain Aris the hedgehog" Shadow read, he was shocked. He knelled in front of the grave, "Am I back in the real world?" asked Shadow he felt pain in him he looked at him self in a wheel that was next to it the water reflected nothing from him like he was invincible, "What is this place?" asked Shadow he was so confused. "Rain! Rain! I know your still around stop using your mind to get back at me" said Shadow.
Shadow realized that the nature was turning back into a creepy room of darkness but Shadow didn't felt creep out this time. He just stood up, "I'm not running away Rain I am here and I am not afraid" said Shadow. Shadow turned around to see the four Rains behind him, they all were there like statues. Shadow took a look at them and realized something he stood in front of them, "Denial" he said to the bloody Rain, "Anger" he said to the burned Rain, "Bargaining" he said to the one the pale color Rain, "Depression" said Shadow to the Rain that looked like a zombie and with a sad face. He know knew it all the stages, Rain, everything "All the stages of sorrow but there is still one missing" said Shadow he sight. "Rain you can't just keep causing pain, you just can't keep poisoning yourself" said Shadow. The Rains just stood there like statues, "Time to let all go Rain I know you can but I know your also afraid like I was to be alone but just trust me and you will be set free" said Shadow. All the Rains let out one tear they combined into the real Rain who was crying but smiled at Shadow, "I am letting go" he said. Shadow hugged him tight as well Rain hugged on top him, "Thank you, now I'm not afraid anymore" said Rain, Shadow held on tight to him, "I know you will be just fine" said Shadow, "Yes but now it's time for you to go back home" said Rain, Shadow let go of him, "Back home?" asked Shadow, "Back to your world" said Rain, "But what about you, your going to stay here?" asked Shadow, "Now it is time for my judgement, I don't know how much time will it take till they decided what will be of me, but everything will be alright" said Rain his years were gone he looked like the same Rain not chains nothing just him as he is. Shadow was worried but he smiled at Rain, "Will I ever see you again?" asked Shadow, "That depends how long can you hold on to me?" asked Rain, Shadow hugged Rain one last time, "I love you brother" he said, "I love you too....... Brother" said Rain. Shadow was send back to the wheel of souls where the gatekeeper was there waiting for him, Shadow looked around and everything was the same, "Your back finally" said the gatekeeper he gave Shadow's swords back. Shadow grabbed them and put them back in there place, "I see your brother has now find peace, looks like sending you these 3 days weren't so bad.... after all your brother is very happy with your sacrifice also his judgement I will seek in telling you but I rather let the world answer it on it's own" said the gatekeeper he putting a new skull on the wall of some kind of weird species. "Wait did you said 3 days?" asked Shadow, "Yes it took you 3 days" said the gatekeeper, "I need to get back to Edenia" said Shadow he quickly left the room hurrying straight to Edenia. He took the path and made it back his kingdom and castle were okay he was relief he went inside and saw everyone. His guards as always training outside Rouge was in the nursery with one of his guards curing him after a accident. He keep on walking threw the hall and found Sonic in the throne room it looked like he was about to leave the room when Shadow open the door. Shadow was very glad to see him, "Sonic! I'm back" he said, Sonic quickly went to him and slapped his cheek hard, "OWWW!" he yelled rubbing it, "YOU SELFISH BASTARD YOU LEFT FOR THREE DAYS AND DIDN'T EVEN SAY WHERE YOU WHERE!!" yelled Sonic, "Ah! You slapped me .... And I loved it" said Shadow he hugged Sonic lifting him, "You idiot you should have been dead for leaving me for three days, and where the heck where you?" asked Sonic, "Look hottie your burning up cool it, I was just visiting a family member" said Shadow, "Then why didn't you tell anyone and left as all worried!" yelled Sonic discussing with him, "Because I was wanted to avoid a discussion!" yelled Shadow, the two discussing. "Well then looks like it didn't worked" Sonic got mad crossing his arms, Shadow then grabbed Sonic and put him on his shoulder taking him somewhere, "Shadow the hedgehog what are you doing? Put me down!" yelled Sonic he started to his Shadow's back, "You wanna fight, then let's go to bed and we can fight all you want there" said Shadow. Sonic's face turned red he knew what that meant, "Shadow no put me down!" Sonic started to move his feet around to kick Shadow. Later on that day Rouge was walking around the castle, "Well this is exiting the guards said they saw Shadow this morning but I haven't seen him and it's already noon" said Rouge she was hearing noises and the door of Shadow's and Sonic's room was shaking allot, "Oh oh oh oh oh!" she heard that was Sonic moaning loudly, "Ah ah ah ah! Yes!" she knew that was clearly Shadow's strong moan. "Yup his back alright" said Rouge passing by like as if nothing happen.
