I hadn't done much art in months, so it was a pleasant surprise when this sketch - done while at AC - started looking passable. Since getting home from that, I spent some time cleaning it up and colouring it.
This is the first image I've done where I inked it all digitally with my tablet... traditionally, I've inked them using tracing paper, scanning it, cleaning it up, then colouring. I think I like the more direct approach, but it's dangerous in that it makes me want to get a Cintiq. 8) I also played around with some other new colouring techniques.
Anyway - I hope you like the end result.
