This is the sketch where the whole Dragon Lady concept began. The original sketch was done as a part of a costume series as an homage to superheroes, especially Superman. In trying to work it up as a finished color image, I did some other more typically heroic action sketches. After that came some ideas and character sketches for possible villains and monsters and such and with those, the whole concept mushroomed into a world unto itself.
