Why yes, this art trade picture is a nod to Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt because my friend likes that show a lot... I could imagine both of his fursonas, Raji, the Zombie wolf and Razmus, the red Dragon, perform that awesome tranformation sequence, but no.

I wasn't thinking when I drew their faces. Tbh, the guy isn't at all that creepy himself.
