A little fan art of Jacent, kicking some ass and rockin' his Disney princess hair
back in his own time.

Because Jacent deserves more fan art.

Also, it's going to be an element in another pic I'm working on.

Gad. Wow. I mean, what is there even to say? When I first created Jacent, I had certain things within him that I wanted to convey about his character. Sure, he's technically a socially awkward hobo in tights, but if you were of a certain age, he can just be really something else. Better than I ever have, you've captured that here, with him bashing the crap out of a super-detailed necrotronic behemoth amidst a place that looks like it's had its roof blown the hell off from trying to contain the sheer awesome of their fight. How cool is that?! In one stroke, you deliver a wicked cool fight scene, an awesome side-villain, and a 90s-tastic version of Jacent's costume. And every detail, from the forest to the dilapidated warehouse to the panel lines that dip and conform to Dino Damage yo-yo divots was carefully included.

I <3 this sooooo much.

I made a little story to go with it cause it's so -awesome-!  AHEM!

An abandoned shipping warehouse.  It's always an abandoned warehouse, or closed theater, or some other place.  Why can't the badguys live in a place that's less destroyed, sometimes?  The answer is quick to come to Jacent...almost as fast as the metallic arm punching through the wall he's pressed against, narrowly missing his head.  Pushing off the surface to leap away, his boots touch down lightly on the concrete floor a few feet from the wall, terminating his footprints in the caked layer of dust where he was as he turns to face his unseen foe.  Ahh, that's right.  Lairs like these often break down into punchups, wrecking things like glass displays of trophies and other stolen goods, furnature, and especially windows.  It's hard to resist the lure to throw a badguy out a window, provided it's on the first floor of the building.  Hard to have a nice place with that happening.

Another arm punches through the masonry, and with a whirr of gears both arms flex to bear-hug the rest of the bricks blocking his sight of the attacker.  Adjusting his stance, Jacent coolly looks around himself as the robot digs it's fingers into the wall and begins to pull, creating a widening crack in it.  Yeah, that makes sense.  Nothing of value to lose in a place like this if it came to it.  Was it even possible to really destroy a wreck?  A cascade of bricks falls around the robot as it pushes through the cracked wall, bringing Jacent back to reality, and he sizes up his now visible opponent.  "So, you were able to best a partially destroyed wall.  Impressive!  Perhaps next you'll topple a whole house of cards!  In the meantime, let's see if you can hit something that can dodge you."  His game face set, he leaps for the robot, yo-yo already spiraling out to meet his opponent.  Time to go to work.

This is a really fantastic picture. So, I don't know why the first thing that popped into my heads was 'Jacent vs. Doctor Bootyjams'.

...In my defense, I did just wake up.
