Half assed background after working way too long on the turtles. This is precisely why I don’t usually do strong shadows, I have no idea where to put them. But it’s finally..er…done? Kinda? I just don’t wanna spend hours more nitpicking on it, take it away.

I just found inkbunny.com recently and I hit the 'tmnt' keyword search and I've been just browsing through thumbnails of turtle-y goodness for hours and hours... but this page made me stop and just look at it. And look and look. I've been just sitting here, staring at my screen. I think this picture just perfectly captures what makes tmnt so special. It's about four guys who are just always there for each other, whether they're just sitting around talking or doing intense action shtuff. The strength of their family and their togetherness really comes through in this piece of art. The background really adds to the scene, too. The nighttime feels so peaceful here.
