First Koga: This very awesome image was drawn for me by fluffypunk of my second PC Furry, Koga. He has a more tragic background than I tend to give characters, but I figured if Joss Whedon could make Angelus......that I should pay HIM for making such a bad ass, but that is me getting off track. I do that.
Koga has two origins based on what version I use. Here is the primary origin.
Koga was born a Were-creature. When he was young, he and many others like him were abducted and taken by a group known only as the Warlocks. These sorcerers did the King's work from behind the scenes. Now the King was not privy to the extent at which is "loyal followers" were going to achieve their goals.
Koga was 11 when he was taken from his home. The Warlocks used their magicks to trigger all the abducted "subjects" transformations at any given time. The kids were also enchanted to be rather docile at all times until they were set upon groups, villages and communities of the Warlocks' choosing. They would then transform and devastate the area. This went on for over 230 years, with the succesors of the Warlocks continuing to use the tools of their former instructors.
When the 4th King since the "Experiment" began learned of his underlings work, he immediately had them executed and all evidence of their work was to be destroyed, including the "subjects"...... Of the original 17 Were-creatures, only 4 survived and escaped. Koga ran as far as he could to get away from his would be killers. And after a night of a full moon, he easily outran the troops sent after him and his brethren. The group was left far behind and Koga was left alone for a few days before his own will came back to him. The magicks woven into him began to wear off until he remembered........everything. 230 years of fighting, maiming and killing.....and for the first time in those two centuries, he felt guilt about what he had done. And the guilt was nearly too much for him to bear until a few days passed and the wolf came to the realization that he could not and would not die until he had atoned for what he had done.
And for 170 years, he has fought against any force of evil has come across his path, whether is be a small time crime boss to demons out to spread Darkness across an entire kingdom.
He recently came upon a young wolf and his traveling companion, a rather grumpy old lion, while moving from one city to the next. The young wolf was kind enough to offer food to the wayward warrior and Koga gladly accepted. As for where this new journey will take him, only time will tell.
