Big Mac as Potemkin, Flitter as Baiken (one of my favorite GG characters), and her sister Cloudchaser as Chipp Zanuff the ninja.

If you don't know what Guilty Gear or which characters these ponies are spoofing as, you need to lurk moar.

NOTE: I have thought of Fluttershy as Baiken at first, but since I decided to have Cloudchaser as Chipp anyway, I had Flitter poised as her instead.

NOTE 2: Drawn while listtening to Baiken's Momentary Life, best track from the GG series EVER.
