Some of the fan and pro photos taken of my daughter and I at the con, by others.
I had planned to do furry leggings and feet too, but time ran out, so we wore red opaque tights with black socks and sneakers, to get a similar effect. I'll make the leggings and feet for some future event.
The first photo is of my daughter and I on stage in the Masquerade competition, doing our dance routine to "Weird Science". Photo by Andrew S. Williams.
The next 4 were taken by Jack Rosenstein, after doing our stage act for the Masquerade competition, on the "fan photos stage", but were taken before we found out we had won any awards. We had just finished a high-energy dance routine to the song "Weird Science" and we were both hot and exhausted, and my daughter was having trouble getting her jaw to work right because she was sweating so much that her chin strap kept slipping and twisting. (There will be other pics by other photographers with us on the same fan photos stage, which they will e-mail us later. Pretty much the same poses, but quality may differ depending on the photographer's gear and skill.)
The sixth picture is one that we got done on the last day of the con, at the 'Worldcon Photo Booth'. They were in the exhibit hall, giving one free pic to anyone with a con badge. The photographer asked me to sit on a chair, because my ears stuck up above his backdrop! (I need to check the con book to get their name. I forgot to get their card. I also need to re-scan this one, after cleaning the scanner glass. I don't have a digital copy of the original, just a print.)
The last one in this set is actually from the first day of the con, on my second session fursuiting, as I was walking around in the exhibits hall. Photo by Geoff Livingston.
