This is Spinel Sun from Sakura Card Captor.
I always wanted to draw Suppi from first day when I only started to draw but it wasn't successful unfortunately so I left this idea for better days. Well now I finished what I stared once and I can surely delete Spinel from list of characters which I couldn't draw ;3
