Nature has many wonders and terrors. Stars like our sun give us life, but they can take it away with their power. But in the might of true power they can hold no candle to a black hole, becoming prey to the immense gravity, so much that all the gas and light are swallowed whole. Not even light can escape this monstrosity if it strays too close. But what is worse is that even a black hole can choke, sending deadly gamma-rays from it's poles to nearly 99.9% the speed of light. Here we can truly marvel Nature's ultimate power.

(may be a bit religious here):
If God has the power to make these monsters...we can't even imagine his true wrath...

Let us hope that one of these never comes towards our planet, or we'll suffer a fate worse than death.

----

Ho my man. This one was quite a challenge. As much as I know about black holes. I still don't understand them any better than most physicists and astronomers would. But I have been fascinated with them ever since. And has been a dream to draw one preying on a star, just go look at my inspiration by searching them up =P.

This is the first even piece I've done that actually involves space in its marvels ^^; hope you like it, it was certainly a challenge.

I know right?  And to think they are not that far away is what makes their power kind of scary.
