I'm not happy with this one, it looks like a toilet paper mummy.
I don't know if it's the material (again paper e glue, so basically it's a toilet paper mummy), the sculpt or the color, but I don't see it like something made of air.
Any suggestion?

I think In appearance, its ok, in color...not so much, if it was more blue vs purple, then yes, air, but the purple would be more considered a poison then clean air. Air is reflected usually in art like pure water, blue, even though in reality, both are technically clear, outside of when the light reflects on both the sky and the sea. As far as the improvement of the shape, I suggest finding a way to add more "twist" into the shape of it, while, you do have it "round" it isnt a can of soda, wind spirals and expands, flowing around the world into every little crack it can....When making a elemental, you must bring out that same feeling.
