Happy Halloween! Early Halloween, of course, but I just couldn't help myself- I'd recently redesigned Francine "Fallsapart Frankie" Deitweiler, a girl with a penchant for falling to pieces. She went to Villain School with Nori as a kid, but unlike the raccoon, she never had to fake it... after all, she really wanted to impress her father!

She's bad to the bone and fun as they come! Just don't be a hero!

Oh. XD I was wondering if maybe she keeps her brain in a jar or something in case she runs into one of those kinds of heros who prefer shooting villains instead of arresting them.
