Background/History
Bartender, owner and proprietor of the Stumbling Dragon Pub, Rumford descends from the moors of Trotland, where many of his family and the Rhianon clan still live.
He is member of the Rhianon Clan, who battled evils and monsters before the Fall of Discord. The Rhianon is still an extensive and wide spread clan encompassing five main families, the Chasers, the Tumblers, the Shots, the Stills and the Casks.

Rumford is the son of Bourbon Chaser, a unicorn pony, and Tequila Sunrise, a pegasus pony.
