Artist's Note: I've been inspired by the movie; Abraham Lincoln: Vampire hunter. I true had so much fun with the movie and the design of the blood flow at the ending credits, that it leaked into my artistic well. I'm enchanted by vampires fighting nekos, I've decided to draw a series in celebration of that fun movie. The Twin Sapphires.....Empresses in one dimension and vampires huntresses in the other. What more could destiny throw at them. Since, they have to take on two heavy responsibilities in order to keep their home world and the human world safe. However, there is something a miss. Ki How finds that she is granted a gift from the goddess, but what happens to one shall happen to the other.....the guardian and the goddess anyone.
The final and last picture of the Powerless series. This is was truly a test of what I was willing to do and what I had stored inside me. For the longest, I felt that I was not really making a difference as an artist. However, I know now. That I can make a difference and express my visions. If I'm will to put away my doubts and do what comes naturally from within. I know that seems cliche, but if this is progression into something greater as an artist. I'll take it.
