Would you believe that I don't really like maple syrup? Weird...everybody seems to go nuts over it.
The texture of the syrup on the ground is very interesting. :)

In Europe, we use jelly and many other ingredients. Our pancakes are versatile in taste. Even non-sweet. Tastes awesome. :)
