My first attempt at doing a character in real FiM style. This was a LOT harder than I thought, seeing as I'm used to my own style.
Prism Shine is somehow related to both Twilight Sparkle, and Rainbow Dash, by about 6 or 7 generations removed.
Her special talent is enchanting gems and crystals. Her magic is actually weak on it's own, but when she creates magical items, it's virtually limitless for what she can do.
May form a crush on any earth or unicorn pony who's talent us related to growing crystals...
