It's The Lone Otter, fresh from having slain his first rat after leaving Vault 71. +2xp! Another 19 of these and he'll be Level 2!

Vault 71 is one of the "Unusual demographics" Vaults in the vein of Vault 68 (999 men, 1 woman) and Vault 69 (999 women, 1 man). Vault 71 was 1000 men, all of whom were gay.

Vault 71 also came equipped with an extensive cloning labratory, and cybergear equipped surgery. Which comes in handy, 200 years down the line, as cascading faults in the cloning process means more and more of Vault 71's inhabitents need a few replacement parts from birth.

Every few years, one of the boys from Vault 71 takes it in his head to go out exploring. He's given a jumpsuit, a knife, and wished good luck. Now it's this one's turn!
