My feral charecter I suppose. He has little webs at the side of his forearms, (if you can see) he's a vampire cat hybrid with shapeshifting abilities when he drinks the blood of other organisms he gains their features.
If he bit into a chameleon he mite change colour, or adopt their long tongue assets. If he bit a horse he could become taller in stature or grow a long mane. If he bites a dragon he may start breathing fire or grow to the size of a house.
He can also bit humans and become an anthromorph (walking upright on 2 legs and speech capability etc.)
