"Walk softly, and carry a big gun..." For some reason I get that thought in my head on watching this. Not sure if the original was "big stick" from which that was a modification for something... Warhammer 40k perhaps...

Anyway, very cool rule, and simplified to the very important core of the issue.

Big stick, and speak softly, were the original, and they most certainly did not originate from a videogame! You were in fact thinking of a very famous quote by Teddy Roosevelt.

Ah, I mean the original one's origin I could not recall, but I think the "Walk softly, and carry a big gun" version comse from Warhammer 40k... or "Dawn of War" series to be more precise... and that rule reminded me of it. Just idle thoughts, connecting thoughts of where it came from possibly, but for all I know it had nothing to do with either quote.

Still a damn good rule though.
