I decided to re-visit a previously unposted doodle I did in July of last year. Mostly to experiment with water, but also see how much different my old designs look from my current ones. I did a more direct redrawing on paper.
I was thinking of naming her Minerva, but I'm really not sure.
She's charming but also slightly.. well, I was about to say "menacing" but that's not it at all. Just her expression and the shadow from her hat is just.. well she's got a handle on things ^^ . Also really dig her bewitching hair.

I suppose "menacing" is what I had in mind originally - the name of the file was "evilwitch" ^^;;; Originally I was going for a rival to Rika, although I didn't revisit her for a while, either. If I revisit her, hopefully I can do a better rendition - I got a little frustrated trying to work out a color pallet...
