I don't wish to comment on the content of the picture. But apart from that, animated ref sheets are virtually useless to artists.

Animated GIF images have a limit of 256 colors, ruining detail on more complex sheets. They also make it very hard if not impossible for an artist to focus on a specific view. And trying to "tear apart" the animation won't work or produce something to the artist like you see in the large and small versions of the picture: garbage.

Flash-based animations are even worse: Artists can't use them at all in image editors, making it a requirement for them to keep a browser window open. That in itself is not a big deal, but many drawing programs cannot pick a color from the Flash animation that's being displayed, making it useless as a color reference.

Please don't start an awful fad.
