Well can't say I'm surprised, I mean after all, I did for see things being an eventuality with how she was constantly teasing everybody. Yep, Alex is pregnant, and she's not the least bit worried. And no, the little guy on her isn't another kid of hers, tyronthepup is being babysat by Alex and is facinated that a baby is really growing in her belly. And don't ask who the daddy is, she's not telling. (not that I think she really knows herself)
