Digitally colored part for xRandolphx.

I paid special attention to picking an interesting color pallet while staying within the range of cool colors, to help this retain a night-time atmosphere. I'm still learning when it comes to keeping true to colors vs. keeping appropriate lighting vs. these are shaded, ha ha. I think I'm getting a pretty good balance though :3
