Anatomically wrong ( refer Pony drawing guide from equestriadaily.com ) to her rear leg. Oh, moreover her(his?) muzzle shape is represents female, male muzzle shape is more sharp. But well, she(or he?) is adorable.
I'm concern about your points before make the pic and after the sketch, specially the female atributes because he's not a straight pony. :D The right hind leg is in an odd position too but makes it look stylish so i decide leave it that way this time. Thank you!
