Wow, I looked at the info for this file, and it is 5 days away from being 1 year old! Sometimes drawings get left in my WIP folder for a long time before I remember to check it...

This was from when I was starting to stream my art more, and I was looking for something Twincest related to draw to attract more audience to start me out with. I left it nearly complete for ages, and finally filled in the colors last month, only to forget the poor thing once again. I am a neglectful artist when it comes to this drawing, ugh.

So, what do you think? Is it immediately apparent this drawing is a year old? Not so much?
Personally I think it's hard to tell. This drawing was one of those "top of my current skill" drawings, which has become my normal range of quality as of now, so I think it could blend in with my recent work because of this.

I think it looks pretty good. About the only things that stand out to me is that I think you've gotten better at making ruffled fur, such as along their tails, look realistically fluffy since you drew this, and the way you draw muzzles is a bit more elegantly defined but, on the whole, I think it has aged pretty well. I wouldn't have guessed it was a year old if you hadn't said so.

In any case, it's great to see the two of them again. They really are one of my favorite couples, and you always do such wonderfully romantic things with them.

Romance, that's key with these two. A special bond beyond sex. That's the attractiveness of the story as it's so real!

Thanks! Yeah, a lot of my work on touching up the older pages in the comic has been working on their muzzles, ha.

It's interesting to see the height of my ability from one year ago become the lower end of my limits now. Trippy almost :o

It's ever so subtle, but there's a hint of a difference. It's still absolutely wonderful, though! Your Twincest comic is what lead me to your account, so these two will always hold a special place in my heart (aside from being absolutely adorable on their own!). :-)

I wouldn't say it looks "dated," but I can see you've definitely improved since then. Your artwork now seems more...natural is the first word to come to mind, though I'm not sure i can explain that. More realistic, maybe, or just more natural looking? Improved, one way or the other.

I've gotten more comfortable, I think. I'm not struggling with each line of anatomy, hoping it's mostly right, like I used to XD I think that sort of confidence in one's line art shows *nods*
