The pdf looks a bit blurry when you opened it, but if you download it, it's much better. It could be 20% cooler, but I did my best with the help of peoples like Sparky. Two pictures suffered much sadly. And if peoples like it, I'm already working on an expansion that explores more of Equestria and offer rules and ideas of Equestria girls.

iam loving this and just to repeat my Question from Fa you planning any expensions for Hybrid ponies apart from Alicorns ?

I have put all the official races of ponies in it : seaponies, alicorn and flutterwings. Unless they release a new one, I don't think they'll be rules for other pony races. But the creation system allows you to create your own races, buy other than ponies and buy powers you see fitting for your race.

I've been writing mine for a while. I'm still working on it and will probably be so for some time to come. I knew that other people would have theirs out by the time mine gets around, but that's fine, mine's a large scoped project. My ultimate goal is to get it out on Kickstarter to get it published. That means I'm avoiding a lot of things that tie so directly into the show as I don't want to give Hasbro any ammunition to shut me down. Mine is "show inspired" rather than "The show exactly" due to trademark and copywrite. I'm also thinking of, when if/it gets printed, including a copy of the 1st amendment of the U.S. Bill of Rights on the inside cover.

It's interesting that you went with the "After the Bomb" Palladium World Books rules with character generation. I haven't seen that style in a while, well, not since Jade Claw/Iron Claw at least lol. For mine, I'm using a lot from the open game licensed D20 system to shave off a lot of rules work and math to save me a lot of time. I still have a great deal to work out though... but I'm approaching enough to have something presentable to kickstarter.

So you can't use the name My Little Pony or any of the show characters ... that a special concept. You aren't the first to use d&D rules for MLP, there is a game webcomic which do the same. As a veteran gamer and a playtester for a company that actually publish and sell rpg, the D20 system isn't light for non-combat stuff and is pretty blocked on magic, so that not really the way I would have gone but good luck.

You can't use names, places, or trademarked phrases like "Sonic Rainboom", or Hasbro's lawyers will send you a cease and desist letter.

I'm doing my best to not read into anyone else's ideas or what not so it doesn't influence my own and no one can point a finger at me being all like "you coppied blah blah blah".  I'm pretty sure my approach to it is fairly unique so far.

Basic combat is what I'm pulling from the D20 system.  It's rather straightforward and everyone knows how it plays out.  I'm integrating house rules into the system for some interesting play.  My caster classes are going to give me a lot of trouble when it comes down to it.  What it boils down to is that I'm just going to have to write my own spells for each class.  It's a little daunting, but I can handle it when I sit down.

If it kicks off on kick starter, I'll be pulling more and more people into this project for art, writing, ideas, expansions, who knows.  But really, I just want to put it out there and see what happens.  I've been published and I have a bit of writing experience so I've been enjoying this project... It's at the point where I just have to sit down and hammer it out little by little.

Hmm, a lot of work and an intresting idea. Given Im particularly dumb and can break things easily, I might see what I can do 8}. I can generally folow an RPG once its set out in crfeation,a nd set up to work through, but Im useless at actually creating them.

Oh, and Im afraid to say, the very first line, over at the right hand end of the page, I think the peoples there should be at least people? 8}

Dont mind me if I screw up, I failed English, twice, and my typing is getting attrocious as well.

Yaay.. magic and combat, lets Math this thing.

Anyone for imaginary or higher probability functions?

English isn't even my first langage. Also, the system is pretty simple, if the GM doesn't check up what you do, it can easily be broken.
