Hey, it's another motion study! Lookit that!
So this is my character Gene Agrippa in his unicorn form, trotting. Redesigned him quite a lot, mostly his face, and I like the result! I also hammered out a better color scheme for him--I think the brownish coat works better than the orange. And now I'm arguing with myself over what you'd call this color. His coat's sorta the same color as a dun, but that requires black mane and tail and THIS DOESN'T MATTER.
I actually started a trot motion study about three or four times and had to abandon each cuz I fucked up. Who thought a two-beat movement would be so hard!
His tail's a bit stiff, I'd tried with his dock moving a lot more, but it was too much going on in the movement, and I was running up on my deadline, so we got him holding it unnaturally stiff instead. Trust me, it looks better. I'M JUST GLAD I GOT THE MOVEMENT DOWN!
