This is actually my first commission from the con.
Here, David Geno has just finished the creation of his daughter, Sapphire. He built her in the image of his ex-wife after she died, originally planning on a replacement so he would not have to be without her. Plans changed however when it occurred to him that if he were to hold a husband/wife relationship with a robot he built, he would be committing parental incest (a major squick in his book) so he changed the programming to make the female wolf his daughter instead.
Anyways, as Sapphire has just been completed, he is helping her up to take her first steps into the new world, and Sapphire herself is fairly curious about everything around her. This ought to be interesting...
The lack of quality owes to the scanner, which is too small for my sketchbook, so I had to stich my sketchbook commissions together.
