Francis is one of Owen's friends that moved over after a few incidents with his family. He's a sweet guy who didn't really have it lucky in life, being born with clumsy hooven hands, and getting into an accident causing him his original pair of antlers and his ability to speak properly. Now he sports a pair little fake antlers and a lisp, but he still gets by in life with odd-jobs here and there and the help of others, and does his best to repay them.
