Character Description
Chezzy's form is somewhat fluid, on a day to day basis. The appearance presented here is his favourite, and he'll often "wear" it when he's just relaxing and enjoying himself. But you'll often find him looking... a little different. Perhaps a little weightier, a little beefier, more slender, more muscled, taller, shorter. Sometimes you'll just find an oddly coloured tomcat prowling the back alleys, head held high as it walks about. Because, after all, a cat can go where it pleases!
In reality, though Chezzy is a Demon, of the sin of Pride. He's Prideful himself, of course, but his real calling is causing that sin in others. He's got multiple ways of doing it - he can degrade them, make fun of them, give them a reason to lash out and defend their poor, bruised ego. He can big them up, lavish praise on them to stroke and over inflate their sense of self esteem. He can belittle himself, being the dweeby little tubbo, the scrawny little weakling, the stupid musclehead or the incompetent bimbo that you just feel better making fun of. Or, and perhaps his favourite, he can be -competition.- One way or the other, Chezzy usually gets what he wants, gorging himself on the emotion and dooming more poor souls to his particular circle of hell.
And he'll do it with a smile on his face.
Likes/Dislikes
Dogs. Hell, canines in general. On the one hand, Chezzy hates them, the nasty, low born little mutts. Even the pure breeds are just "mutant wolves", as he says. But, at the same time, he loves them, because he just gets so much enjoyment out of toying with them. Plus, they're good for "business."
Background/History
Chezzy just turned up one day, hanging around the court of Blood Rose Castle, swaggering about the place as if he'd always been there and interacting with the courtiers. He was generally flattering, submissive to the crown to a tee, and had a suitably sharp wit to join in with the noble's games, and so he had a happy life there for a time
World/Setting
Empire of the Rose, a (very) old Furcadia setting centered around Blood Rose Castle
goregoat a couple of months ago, back when they were taking cheapo commissions. Despite the low pricetag, Goregoat did an AMAZING job of it, and i'm really pleased with the final result.
