Sheep is encouraging everyone to go out there and do something nice for someone - encourage them, help them carry on, offer them forgiveness, lend them an everlasting arm, or otherwise do something to make their day a bright (bright!) sunshiny one. After that, you can go back to wallowing in senseless hedonism. I'm pretty cool with that, too. (Number of times I've coated the soles of my feet in melted marshmallow? More than you, sucka. :V )
