Vines pull Meganium hind leg to assist in its godly pleasure, and the Meganium helplessly try to hold back only to fail and has no choose but to lets go.
"But, but, but" *start to cry* "Im not ...a baby, im a... fully evolved... meganium."

But the fullish Meganium, knew. Knew it wasn't fully evolved, it have evolved to quickly and was warned about this. That if a pokemon forces itself to evolve before it Fully ready, it will have problem control itself.
