What the hell is up with his shoes?? What'd I do there?! Was I trying...something?! Well, it's from waaay back in 2007, so I have NO idea... Maybe the black hole he's conjuring will eat him :/

This is Experiment 5, Vortex the Chameleon. The most chaos-imbued of the experiments, he can use various chaos abilites such as Chaos Camoflauge, which engulfs his body in chaos energy, making him deadly to touch. He also knows Chaos Hole, a technique for creating black holes. His abilities take up a great deal of energy, so he typically prefers to use his brains and self-taught martial arts to handle most situations. He's the computer expert of Team GeneX, and is also Bucky's assistant in his lab.
He is incapable of properly pronouncing an "s" sound, always hissing it for an extended period. Despite being Bucky's assistant, he cannot say the word "assistant" because of having too many s's close together.
