This looks awesome. Very well drawn and the eyes are very lively and warm. Two things where it comes up a bit short is the skin structure (too sharp shadows, it looks closer to wood - which could be fixed by making a copy of the skin layer (to prevent damage to the first layer), adding a very tiny amount of noise and blur (or maybe even blur alone) and placing it above the first layer. The other thing is that the hair could use a few more accents and highlights to bring out the texture. Still looks really good.
