I'm more inclined to believe it was Silver Spoon and Diamond Tiara who did this (and the other sappy pranks)

I really can't see them doing it them selves per say. now paying another or getting there butler to maybe. the just don't strike me as the type that would dare get there fur messy or even do that much manual labor to set up the pranks.
