Oculus is the head of the triumverate leadership of the Ordo Oculum, a hidden cult amidst the sprawling cities of the Metran capital planet.
Cursed with damnable prescience, he resides in his inner sanctum chronicling every possible timeline from the beginning to the end in an effort to find and prevent the causality loop that gave him this precognition that plagues his every second and finally fulfill his dream of living a life where the future isn't written for him.
