May I ask why you think that? Just honestly curious. Been using this ref sheet for about a year and a half now and it's the first time I've had someone say anything about it being shaded.

the white specs on your body, is light reflecting off your skin... to me thats a form of shading.
Its still really nice ^_^ i likes it
