I signed up for a Doctor Who themed Reddit gift exchange, and this awesome mug was my present. I wanted to do a little more than a simple photo of it to post, so I took some black paper I've had around and tried making something similar to the swirling vortex sometimes shown when the TARDIS is in flight. I think it turned out pretty nifty! It was a lot of fun, too.

I'm not a huge Dr. Who fan, but that is absolutely awesome.

The nerdiest thing I have on my desk is a Protoss cup I got from an Arco station... :/

It's actually pretty terrible as a cup. There's a good reason cups aren't square.
