I decided to completely re-draw this time with reference from:
Soul Eater's Arachnophobia (Medusa's eye style is a perfect fit), Anime Cat Ears, real cat noses and mouths and used a flare of emo/gothic girl references too.
Things not pictured: Janet now has a Fox and Cat-like Tail Hybrid... it is a genetic makeup of her mother's DNA since her mother herself has a bushy tail, though stubby like a Rabbits, and since Janet is a full-blown Cat her DNA mixed with her mother's during birth which means her Tail became bushy and not so thin like most Cats.
On the flip-side, Janet is in an incest relationship with her mother as well and has not impregnated her, but she can with a very low chance though her libido is very strong and active. With her morality however, Janet would rather not impregnate her mother and have their inbred daughter go through a badly deformed life.
In the game, its not heavily shown but there are references and hints in the original story-line to show she is indeed involved with her mother sexually and consensual.
