Some time ago I tried to make a custom artifact race for Skyrim, a sort of Dwemer Warforged, but as a playable race. I had all the quests in my minds, who made them and their powers (immunity to poison and curses, so no robot-vampire or robot-werewolf, water breathing and maybe a steam attack). Unfortunately, as usual, I have no time, and the creator kit is a little too complex for me, also the italian version is far from perfect. Still I understood how to make the race and the relative skin, unfortunately I have no 3d software at the moment, so I never completed the head of the model or the female skin.
In the end if someone wants to use this image as a template or a base to do something new, mister, you have my blessing.
