I always thought the shortest nickname for anyone, given how often I get called it, is Oi, short for, Oi you, nutter.

Well I've never seen it done. But a bottle inside of a bum or vaginal with the nipple facing out and a toddler drinking from it. Keeps it good and warm and feels like breast feeding, but it makes the feeder able to rest thekid between their legs. Very relaxing
