A character in a currently embryonic story idea for a sequel to The Ci-Kat-A. He's a MASA scientist who, in the vein of Dr. Street, ends up becoming bitten by a Ci-Kat-A and slowly turning into one whilst masterminding the insects' takeover of Megakat City.
