Character Description
A little cub that likes to stay padded! He just wants to be a friend. He'll talk your ear off about his likes. He just wants people to be more aware of the world around us. We're all in this together!
Personality
usually quiet, can be talkative depending on his mood. Respectful. Wants to be helpful, but can be overly explanatory on just about anything. He loves science, politics, and food. Sushi is a favorite! Feeshees o.o
Likes/Dislikes
Likes: Music, Science, Politics, Truth, Animals, cuddling, plushies, Diapers, reading, writing, and lots of foods! Dislikes: Ignorance, loud people, arrogance, disrespect, stupidity, foolishness.
Background/History
Didn't ever want to leave diapers, so he didn't! He's somewhat bashful if you talk about it, but would still prefer you poke fun every once in a while at his padded state. (He just likes the attention... D=)

World/Setting

Body
3'5" Black and creme colored river otter cub with blue stripes along his tummy patch, and on the inside of his legs, as well as his upper cheek region, and a tail ring. Yellow eyes.
Clothing
Diaper, and occassionally a shirt plus hoodie combo.
